We took a drive up to Anacortes this weekend and stopped into Gere-a-Deli for some lunch.  Calvin had a hard time concentrating on his food because those ceiling fans are just too darn interesting.

We had the pleasure of hosting my Grammy, Emy Yocom, for a five day visit this week. Little did she know that she’d be stuck inside during Seattle’s Snowpocalypse.

Calvin’s great grandfather, Ira J Yocom, passed away today at the ripe old age of 88. I am so thankful that Cal was fortunate enough to meet such an amazing man. Papo was kind, generous, and caring and was a tremendously important influence in my life. We love him so much and will miss him dearly.
